The North American County Board has been affiliated with the Central Council in Ireland, since 1959. The NACB reports to the GAA’ s Central Council in Dublin and is responsible for the promotion of Gaelic Games in its respective County area. The North American County Board (NACB), which has jurisdiction over all GAA clubs throughout the United States, with the exception of metropolitan New York and parts of New Jersey.

The North American Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association is dedicated to promoting the games of hurling, football, handball, rounders, and camogie.
